HOW IT ALL STARTED…
In search of my own wellness, amongst all the noise and clutter, I had a dream to create an online digital platform where people can search for wellness experts based on their symptoms or goals. This is when the HEAL & ZEAL Wellness Hub was born. My experience in digital marketing and passion for fitness and wellness, eventually lead me to create HEAL & ZEAL Digital with a mission to create an online presence for small business and entrepreneurs in the wellness industry.

MY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I am an information technology expert, with an MBA in technology management and a Certified Marketing Professional CPM. I worked for Fitness First Middle East managing the digital marketing strategy and website for 5+ years creating successful marketing campaigns and creative wellness content. Not to mention living the brand by running 2 half marathons! Phew ;)

I am a health and wellness enthusiast with a certificate in Functional Nutrition from the Nutrition Academy and a Brand Ambassador for Changing Habits Australia. I believe a healthy lifestyle has the power to heal giving us the zeal for living.
